These terms govern your use of uat.suvidhan.in and any assistance you engage Suvidhan to provide. By using this website you accept them.

About Suvidhan

Suvidhan is a loan assistance and CIBIL assistance service operating from Ist Floor, Near M.K.M. Public School, Dori Nagar, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Suvidhan is not a bank, not a non-banking financial company, and not a credit information company. We do not lend money, we do not accept deposits, and we do not issue credit reports. We assist you in understanding your options, preparing your documents and taking an application to a lender.

What we do and do not promise

• Every lending decision — whether to approve, how much, at what rate, on what terms — is made solely by the lender.
• We do not guarantee loan approval, a particular loan amount, a particular interest rate, or a particular timeline.
• We do not guarantee any increase in your credit score. Scores are calculated by credit information companies from data supplied by lenders.
• We do not guarantee the outcome of a credit report dispute. Disputes are decided by the lender and the bureau under the applicable regulatory process.
• We cannot remove accurate information from a credit report, and we will not claim to be able to.

Fees

An initial conversation and a CIBIL score check are free. Other services — including credit report correction assistance, dispute assistance and credit profile improvement guidance — are paid services. Fees are communicated to you before any work begins and no charge is made without your agreement. Fees are for the work carried out, not for a guaranteed result.

Your responsibilities

• Give us information and documents that are true, accurate and complete. Applications fail, and can amount to fraud, when they are not.
• Tell us promptly if your circumstances change while an application is in progress.
• Read every document a lender asks you to sign, including the sanction letter and loan agreement, before signing it.
• Never share banking passwords, card PINs, OTPs or net banking credentials with us or anyone else. We will never ask for them.
• Use this website lawfully and not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.

Information on this website

The material on uat.suvidhan.in is general information, not financial, legal or tax advice, and it does not take account of your individual circumstances. Eligibility criteria, interest rates, fees and regulatory requirements change frequently, and information here may not be current at the time you read it. Always confirm details with the lender before acting.

We do not publish specific interest rates, because a rate printed on a web page cannot reflect what any particular lender will offer any particular applicant on any particular day.

Third parties

This website links to lenders, credit bureaus and other third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, terms or privacy practices. Any dealings you have with a lender are between you and that lender, and are governed by their terms.

Intellectual property

The content, layout and branding of uat.suvidhan.in belong to Suvidhan unless otherwise stated. You may read and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy or republish it commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Suvidhan is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, from a lender's decision, or from your reliance on general information published here. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service, contact support@uat.suvidhan.in or +91 74600 65005 and ask for your concern to be escalated. Complaints about a lender should go to that lender's grievance officer, and if unresolved, to the RBI Ombudsman. Complaints about a credit report entry follow the bureau's dispute process — see CIBIL correction assistance.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
