Contact Suvidhan

Talk to us about a loan enquiry, a CIBIL question, or anything you are unsure about. There is no obligation and no charge for an initial conversation.

How to reach us

If you would rather we call you, use the enquiry form on this page or start a loan enquiry and someone from the team will get back to you.

What Suvidhan does

Suvidhan is a loan assistance and CIBIL assistance service. We help borrowers in India understand their options, check where they stand, prepare their documents properly, and take an application forward to a lender.

To be clear about what that means:

  • We are not a bank or an NBFC. We do not lend money and we do not take deposits.
  • We do not make credit decisions. Approval, the amount and the interest rate are decided by the lender, not by us.
  • We are not a credit bureau. We are independent of CIBIL, Experian, Equifax and CRIF High Mark, and we have no access to or control over their records.
  • We do not guarantee approval. Anyone promising guaranteed loan approval or a guaranteed credit score increase is not being straight with you.

What it costs

An initial conversation and a CIBIL score check are free. Services beyond that check — assistance with correcting a credit report error, managing a dispute, or structured credit profile improvement guidance — are paid services, and we tell you the fee before you commit to anything. You will never be charged without agreeing to it first.

What to have ready when you call

It helps us give you a useful answer straight away if you know roughly:

  • What you need the funds for and how much
  • Your monthly income, and whether you are salaried or self-employed
  • What EMIs you are already paying
  • Whether you have checked your credit score recently
  • For a property-related loan, what the property is and whether the papers are in order

Questions or complaints

If something has gone wrong, or you are unhappy with how we have handled your case, contact us at info@uat.suvidhan.in or on +91 74600 65005 and ask for your concern to be escalated. Please include your name, contact number and a short description of what happened so we can look into it properly.

For complaints about a lender, raise them with that lender’s own grievance officer first; if unresolved, the RBI Ombudsman scheme is available. For complaints about a credit report entry, the bureau’s dispute process applies — see CIBIL correction assistance.
